Come grow with us! Richmond Suburban Newspapers seeks a customer-focused sales professional who enjoys helping businesses grow in our local markets. Duties include selling multi-media advertising to local customers, creating marketing plans, designing and scheduling advertisements for publication, providing excellent customer service, generating new business and meeting revenue goals. Candidate must be detail oriented with good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of Microsoft applications is required.

Job Skills:
Ability to work with little supervision, creative selling and presentation skills required, service oriented and aggressive prospecting required. Ability to handle rejection and objections, eager to learn new ales techniques, and ability to work on strict deadlines. Ability to take direction from Sales Manager and RSN Ad Reps if lending assistance. Complete required weekly/monthly paperwork and reports.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Level Degree
Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communications
Minimum Experience:
0-1 yrs. of experience.

Preferred sales and marketing background. Preferred 4-year degree, 0-1 year sales experience, computer skills, language skills, interpersonal skills and closing skills.
